Employer listing refunds

Current terms for new purchases: billed in INR, 30 days from first publication. Existing purchases retain their recorded policy. Checkout is not enabled in this development preview.

• Duplicate successful charges for the same purchase: refund the extra charge.
• Cancel before first publication: full refund and cancellation of the unused entitlement.
• An eligible paid listing cannot be published within 72 elapsed hours of its eligible request: full refund.
• Cancellation after publication, an early hire or few applications: no routine refund. Advertising does not guarantee applications or a hire.
• A recovered service outage shorter than 72 hours: extend lost listing time at 100% of the time lost.
• A service outage reaching 72 hours: close the listing and refund undelivered original paid time, measured from outage start. Free extensions do not add refundable value.

A queued or pending refund is not confirmed complete. Provider and bank processing takes additional time. The business absorbs original processing costs for a full refund.

Employer eligibility corrections are separate from a service failure; submit an eligible listing to start the publication retry period.
