This notice describes the current handling of information on ReJoFI, a Blixen Mobility service.
Account information
Sign-in is handled through Auth0. ReJoFI receives the account identifier, email address, verification status and profile name supplied by the sign-in provider. Passwords are handled by the sign-in provider, rather than stored in the ReJoFI application database.
Private profiles and CV processing
Profiles are private and are not available for general employer browsing. When you upload a supported CV, text is extracted locally for you to review. Original uploads are not retained or sent to an external AI service. Saving the reviewed text into a profile is a separate action.
Applications and external websites
When you apply on ReJoFI, the selected profile information is shared with the employer for that application. Editing your profile later does not rewrite an application already submitted. External application websites handle information under their own policies.
Retention and deactivation
Candidate profile/CV text and personal application content are removed after five years without account activity. A minimal reusable sign-in account and non-content application receipts remain. Deactivation signs you out but retains your account and data until that retention deadline; signing in again reactivates a self-deactivated account. Deactivation does not withdraw applications or remove copies already received by an employer. Organization suspensions require the approved access workflow. For access, correction or a separate request to remove personal information, contact support. Encrypted backups are subject to their own restricted recovery and expiry controls.
